Birdy Properties now has better control over our maintenance scheduling, technicians, resources, and the quality of repairs. Birdy Maintenance also employs Property Reviewers who do a complete interior and exterior review of all the properties we manage once a quarter.
All Tenants can make maintenance request online, and our maintenance staff is available to handle emergency repairs if they occur.
